Over the weekend Kesha made a dream come true as she performed a concert at Disney World. During the show, she allowed fan Joseph Negrelli to come onstage and propose to his partner Naveed. Negrelli said he had been wanting to propose for a while and was not sure how he wanted to go about it. Knowing that Kesha was going to be at Disney World at the same time, he sent her an Instagram message never expecting a response. However, she did respond and helped him set up the surprise.
