After Kanye West had to cancel his concert at the Governors Ball Music Festival, he promised fans we would perform one one early Monday morning in Manhattan's East Village. Unfortunately, the concert space became so flooded with people, that that concert had to be canceled too. West did speak with his fans before leaving, but fan were still mad. After the concert was cancelled, angry fans beat-up cars and left the streets filled with trash. No one was arrested during this incident, but police say it was insane.
