VIDEO : Paul McCartney Honors Muhammad Ali: 'I Loved That Man'

Paul McCartney wrote a tribute to legendary boxer Muhammad Ali who died Friday at the age of 74. The bassist wrote on his site, "Dear Muhammad Ali. I loved that man," McCartney first met Muhammad Ali alongside the Beatles in February 1964. He said Ali was a beautiful, gentle man with a great sense of humor. McCartney remembered how Ali was always ready to show people a card trick. McCartney's tribute also included the iconic photo of Ali mockingly jabbing the Beatles. On February 18th, 1964, at the onset of Beatlemania, the Fab Four met with Ali in Miami.
