Actor Mark Salling surrendered to federal authorities in Los Angeles on Friday as he prepared for his first hearing in his child pornography case.
The former ?Glee star,? who portrayed football playing punk-turned-singer Noah ??Puck? Puckerman on the hit TV series, turned himself in to authorities a week after he was indicted for receiving and possessing child pornography by a grand jury.
The disgraced actor was photographed arriving at the United States Courthouse for the Central District of California with his lawyer on Friday morning, and Deputy U.S. Marshal Matthew Cordova has since confirmed Salling has turned himself in to police.
He is due to be arraigned on Friday afternoon, when prosecutors are expected to request the 33-year-old is held in custody over concerns he may be a flight risk, reports The Associated Press.
