It was definitely sad when Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris split, but those closest to them had seen it coming. The 26-year-old singer and 32-year-old DJ are "very different people". A source told E! that "marriage or engagement was not talked about" between the two, adding: "Taylor wanted more attention than Adam gave," adds an insider. "Adam did care very deeply for her but the breakup was bound to happen." Taylor and Adam's split appears to be an amicable one. On Thursday, May 2nd Adam tweeted: "The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect"
