Niall Horan is reportedly set to release a solo album. The 22-year-old former One Direction singer has reportedly been in negotiations with the band's label Syco about signing a deal for his own music, with his first single expected to be released sometime in 2017. A source tells British magazine The Sun, "Niall was One Direction's secret weapon. Modest Management and Syco believe he has what it takes to become a solo star.
