Kaytranada debuted his summer-ready remix of Rihanna's "Kiss It Better" on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show. The Canadian producer released his debut album 99.9% earlier this month. Kaytranada's version of the track speeds up the more lax, guitar-driven funk-soul track and converts it into a more summer-ready beat. This year, Kaytranada produced songs on several other albums including Chance the Rapper's "All Night" off Coloring Book and Katy B's "Honey" off her album of the same name.
