Amber Heard gave the Los Angeles Police Department a statement to support her account of an alleged domestic violence incident with Johnny Depp. Heard's lawyers released a statement that Heard spoke with LAPD. Although, the police department has no information about her speaking with officers. Her lawyers said "With her statement, Amber hopes to give the LAPD the opportunity to conduct an accurate and complete investigation into the events of that evening and before." Heard filed for divorce from Depp on May 23rd, citing irreconible differences. Depp alegedly abused Heard two days prior to the divorce request. Heard is also seeking spousal support from Depp.
