Rumors that Adele was house hunting in LA have been circulating since the fall of 2015. TMZ has reported that the singer has officially closed on a 9.5 million dollar home. Her new pad is 6,600 square feet, and is tucked away in an exclusive gated community in Beverly Hills. Her neighbors include Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, and Cameron Diaz. Her gorgeous new home has an outdoor pool, gazebo, tree house and outdoor train set - which will be awesome for her 3 year old, Angelo.
