Ozzy Osbourne. (AP) London - Rocker Ozzy Osbourne, whose hits include Crazy Train, has had a slightly more sober tram named after him in his English hometown. Osbourne attended a launch ceremony on Thursday in Birmingham, central England, where he grew up and formed the heavy metal icon Black Sabbath.
