Johnny Depp and his 30 year old wife, actress Amber Heard are calling it quits after 15 months of marriage, and it looks like the pair did not have a pre-nuptial agreement according to a source speaking to E-News. Friday, Heard obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Depp, 52, appearing in court, with what appeared to be a bruise on her cheekbone. No police reports have been filed and no arrests have been made in connection with the case. Depp's attorney responding to the restraining order saying, "Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse," the attorney stated.
