Johnny Depp's divorce from wife, Amber Heard, is getting messier. On Friday, Heard sought a restraining order from the actor and claimed he has assaulted her in the past.
The Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles has confirmed that the two were in court, but paperwork had yet to come through detailing the hearing.
A Los Angeles police spokesman said he was unaware of any domestic violence investigation against Depp. Attorneys for both Depp and Heard declined to comment.
