Usher?s alleged stalker has been put behind bars. Darshelle Jones, who Usher has a restraining order against, is accused of violating said restraining order earlier this month. Law enforcement says that she came too close to him at a recording studio in Atlanta, when she was filming him from across the street with an iPad. According to the arrest report, she was 100 feet away even though she must be 200 yards away from him at all times, as per the court-ordered stay-away order.
