The mother of two certainly left little to the imagination in her skin-baring, "naked" dress, which she complemented with a khaki belt, platform sandals, neutral makeup and slicked-back hair.
Kim attended the event at London's Kensington Gardens with husband Kanye West, who stuck to all black to allow his wife's racy look to steal the spotlight.
