Kim Kardashian was spotted in Rome, Italy over the weekend struggling to keep her elegant white dress in place and her assets from spilling out.
She and her recording-artist husband Kanye West were out in enjoying a night of fine cuisine and entertainment in the ancient city. The two attended the premiere of the Sofia Coppola-directed opera La Traviata, then shared a romantic meal together at Al Ceppo.
While at the premiere, the 35-year-old starlet took a moment to take a selfie with iconic Italian fashion designer Valentino in the crowded opera house.
