The immense popularity of Frozen stemmed mostly from the fact that kids all over the world just would not stop singing "Let it Go," but also came from fans who were thrilled to see Princesses who relied not at all on being saved by the love of a prince. Instead, their love for each other as sisters was the saving grace of the film.
