Kourtney Kardashian got in trouble with the law on Thursday for doing what she does best, goofing off with her sister Khloe. Khloe Kardashian caught it all on camera as Kourtney got pulled over. Reports do not say exactly why the sisters got pulled over but it was in the middle of Khloe Snapchatting Kourtney's adorable daughter Penelope singing along to Rihanna...we can see why that would distract even the best of drivers.
