After receiving assurance from Kesha that she would not use Billboard as a stage to air their legal issues Dr. Luke, he is now allowing her to perform at the Billboard Music Awards. Kesha insisted on Instagram Tuesday that the performance was only about taking part in a Bob Dylan tribute. A TMZ report sttaed that Kesha was going to use the peroformance as a platform to speak about the ongoing legal battle causing Dr. Luke?s record label to rescinded its approval.
