Singer Kesha will perform at the Billboard Music Awards. The pop star's record label, Kemosabe Records had barred her from performing at the event out of fear that she would use the platform to address her failed lawsuit against Sony Music and her producer, Doctor Luke. Now the company says it will approve the performance, only on assurances from Kesha, her representatives, and the event's production company that she will not address the matter.
