However, the reality star and entrepreneur wants you to know that she dictates when and where a picture is taken. Last night, outside of TCL Theatre on Hollywood Blvd., Kylie and her rumored boyfriend PartyNextDoor were leaving the building when Kylie's bodyguard snatched a photographer's camera from his hands to prevent pictures.
