Kesha. (Getty Images) Los Angeles - Kesha's mother has called on artists to "refuse to perform" at the Billboard Music Awards. The 29-year-old singer - who has claimed Dr Luke had been sexually abusing her for over a decade - has been banned from performing at the awards show on 22 May after the producer's label Kemosabe records "rescinded its approval" for her to perform at the event following concerns she'd speak out about their legal battle.
