Billboard says Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records rescinded its initial approval for Kesha to perform Dylan's "It Ain't Me, Babe" during a show. Kesha added, she is very sad and sorry she won't be allowed to do this. She wants to make very clear that this performance was about her honoring one of her favorite songwriters of all time and has never had anything at all to do with Dr. Luke. Kesha has been in a legal battle to try and get released from her contract with Kemosabe Records and its parent company, Sony Music Entertainment. She claimed that she was drugged, emotionally abused and sexually assaulted by her former producer, Dr. Luke.
