VIDEO : Petition Won't Stop Madonna From Prince Tribute At Billboard Awards

Madonna will be performing a solo tribute to Prince during the upcoming Billboard Music Awards. Some Prince fans are not happy with the decision to only have Madonna because that other musicians should be performing in the tribute. Others have also complained that the tribute artists should be black. A Change.org petition to block Madonna from performing is making it's way through the internet.
