Kim Kardashian has held varying opinions of her brother Rob Kardashian throughout the years - they've been supposed BFFs in the past, but more recently Rob has been staying out of the public eye and Kim has described him as having "no loyalty" on her reality show - it's safe to say they've run the gamut of sibling relationship. Yet, at Cannes this week, Kim had only positive things to say of Rob, stating, "It's a really exciting time for him. I think he'll be the best dad. He's really just such a good, good person."
