The ?Promise? singer arrived to court on Monday (May 17) to ask for sole custody over her 1-year-old son with Future, bashing her former partner for not being a present figure in baby Future Zahir?s life. TMZ reports that Future, instead, requested joint custody and that the judge ruled in his favor, rejecting Ciara?s arguments.
