In court documents obtained by TMZ, it states that the Revenge actress and her husband, Brian Benben were asleep at her Beverley Hills home when she was woken up by the noise of movement in the master bedroom. Madeleine, who was naked at the time, went to investigate and found herself held at gun point by the burglar.
