Selena Gomez recently kicked off her ?Revival? Tour, which involves her wearing costumes consisted of bodysuits. To prep her body not only for the revealing clothes, but to build stamina for hours of performing, the ?Hands To Myself? singer admitted that she went through some intense training for some time. Gomez explained to FashionStyle.com that her workout plan consisted of Pilates, SoulCycle, and ?Every form of yoga.? Gomez admitted that she has difficulty breathing and enjoys the practice because it?s peaceful and it helps her relax. Since she's doing two shows back-to-back, that?s cardio in and of itself. The singer also added that she's scrupulous about drinking lots of water, and has a favorite juice recipe of carrot, ginger, celery and beets that she always keeps close by.
