Director Shane Black still thinks about this flick, Iron Man 3. While Black's proud of the movie he eventually got made, he has some regrets. Black recently made a big revelation: the villain changed drastically from the script they were originally going with. Initial versions of the script had the villain as female. Black said the concern of toy sales prompted the team to change the character from female to male.
