Among several, ABC announced cancelling in the long running and beloved Castle. Series star Nathan Fillion took to Twitter to address the cancellation and thank the fans who stuck with the show and those who he had the pleasure of working with during its run. Even with the cancellation, Fillion offers an optimistic view on the future, also tweeting that he now has an open schedule.
Fillion will be making a cameo appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
