Chris Brown could face charges for disturbing the peace. The charges are over his quadbike stunts. In Tarzana, Los Angeles, on Wednesday the 27-year-old annoyed his neighbors began using their vehicles to make doughnuts on the street and ripping up terrain on some of their lawns. The pop artist is not very popular amoung his neighbors for his behavior. Brown did not go to the door when police came and told them to speak to his lawyer if there was an issue.
