"Girls" star Lena Dunham eulogized former guest star Nick Lashaway on Instagram Wednesday. The 28 year old actor was killed in an automobile accident in Framingham, Massachusetts Sunday night. In addition to movie roles, he played a character named Frank for one episode in the HBO show's second season. In her post, Dunham says she and the rest of the Girls crew, "will always remember the week we shared with him, his playful smile, his easy instincts, how much he made us laugh even when we had to stay up all night in the woods."
