There is a legal dispute brewing over the follow-up to xXx. George Zakk, a producer who worked with actor Vin Diesel previously as part of his One Race Films production company, filed a lawsuit against the actor reportedly claiming he was owed $275,000. While he is no longer part of the company, Zakk is saying the xXx sequel was developed while he still worked there, and so as part of their contract is owed the fee as well as an Executive Producers credit. The film isn't scheduled to release until January, so there is plenty of time to get this sorted out.
