VIDEO : Patrick Stewart watches James McAvoy shave his head for X-Men

X-Men: Apocalypse is just a few weeks away, and Marvel is releasing behind the scenes footage to get fans excited about the new film. Scottish actor James McAvoy plays Dr. Charles Xavier, or Dr. X in the early X-men trilogy, but Patrick Stewart played Dr. X in the original X-Men films. So for the final part of the origin-story of the franchise, McAvoy had to eventually shave his head. And Patrick Stewart hopped on Skype to watch him do it, as fans can see in the latest behind the scenes Marvel footage. Stewart joked that he wanted the younger, now-bald actor to save his hair and send it to him, so that he could finally get some hair on his head again. X-men: Apocalypse comes out May 27th.
