Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett has said that she would like a role in Star Wars just so she can hang out in Ireland. Blanchett's desire to appear in a Star Wars movie is reportedly fueled by her love of the remote Irish island of Skellig Michael, which was used as the backdrop for the pivotal final scene of J.J. Abrams? ?The Force Awakens,? where the whereabouts of Luke Skywalker were revealed. Blanchett said in a recent interview, "?JJ Abrams is a gifted creator, I?d certainly be game. But it would have to be on Skellig Michael. I suspect that may be the only time a crew is allowed to be there.?
