Justin Bieber is being sued for $100k. Robert Earl Morgan claims the 22-year-old singer destroyed his mobile phone when he tried to record footage of Justin attempting to chug beer at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month. But according to the lawsuit filed by Morgan and obtained by TMZ, Justin became "enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces". Morgan is suing for such a large amount because the phone contained impossible to replace pictures, including those of his grandmother's 100th birthday party and up to 5,000 images and videos from his travels.
