Shirtless Tom Felton Smoking Suspicious Cigarette Again! The English actor was spotted cutting loose and showing off his tan while in the desert with friends. Tom Felton, best known as Harry Potter?s villainous rival Draco Malfoy, was captured partying and chatting at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio last weekend. The 28-year-old was also photographed rolling, then smoking a cigarette while wandering the get-together. Noticeably absent was Felton?s longtime girlfriend Jade Olivia, whose birthday fell on that weekend.
