This Monday marked the third occurrence of author J.K. Rowling reminiscing on the anniversary of the fictional "Battle for Hogwarts" that took place in the month of May in her fan favorite 'Harry Potter' series. She took to Twitter to mourn the death of yet another character whose fate was met during that battle, and this year, she has chosen Remus Lupin, the one-time Defense Against the Dark Arts professor with the uncanny ability to turn into a werewolf. She writes, "Arthur [Weasley] lived, so Lupin had to die. I'm sorry. I didn't enjoy doing it. The only time my editor ever saw me cry was over the fate of Teddy. . .In the interests of total honesty I'd also like to confess that I didn't decide to kill Lupin until I wrote Order if the Phoenix."
