Kylie Jenner is playing tattoo artist again. The 18-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star visited the tattoo parlor West 4 Tattoo in New York City Saturday to get a pinkie tat as well as a touch-up for her red "Mary Jo" arm ink, dedicated to her maternal grandmother. During her time in the shop, she gave tattoo artist Jonathan "JonBoy" Valena some new ink of his own on his own arm?a "K" with a crown, also written in red. Kylie was accompanied by friends Justine Skye and Jordyn Woods.
