Kim Richards just dodged a bullet--barely. A judge on her Target shoplifting case issued an arrest warrant on April 27th because she failed to submit records of her AA classes, community service and progress. But a spokesperson for the Van Nuys court tells E! News the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared in court Friday to answer the call, so the warrant was recalled. Richards was arrested for shoplifting $600 worth of merchandise from a Target in the San Fernando Valley. She spent one night in jail and was released on $5,000 bail, but it wasn't her first run-in with the law. Richards has struggled with substance abuse and has been arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest.
