Singer Katy Perry will be the featured performer at next month's "Cinema Against AIDS" event, which will take place along the French Riviera. The May 19th event - staged annually by The American Foundation for AIDS Research - or amfAR for short - will take place just outside Cannes in nearby Antibes. The event aims to raise money for AIDS research, and will be hosted by Sharon Stone, amfAR's global campaign chair. Other stars set to attend include Kevin Spacey and Heidi Klum. The glitzy A-list event raised more than $30 million last year - an amount it hopes to surpass when Perry headlines next month.
