Lindsay Lohan's former driver has asked a judge to order her to pay him more than $35k. Edson Ricci filed a lawsuit against the Mean Girls actress last year, in which he claimed she failed to pay for his services. As she hasn't responded to his allegations for over a year, he has now asked a court to make a ruling in his favor. Edson's lawsuit sought the repayment of that bill, as well as roughly $1,500, which he claimed she owed after he paid her tab at the Soho Grand Hotel in New York and was never reimbursed for. According to Channel 24, the judge has yet to rule on his request. However, a hearing has been scheduled in New York next week.
