Rachel Roy, the fashion designer who was accused of being Jay-Z?s mistress after she referencing the ?Becky? line from Beyoncé?s diss track in an Instagram post, is speaking out against allegations that she interfered with Carters and their marriage. Roy told people magazine in an official statement ?I want to put the speculation and rumors to rest.
