Returning to "Live" on Tuesday after several days' absence, Ripa addressed the uproar that erupted last week when she was blindsided by the announcement that her co-host, Michael Strahan, is headed to "Good Morning America" full-time. Ripa said the episode sparked an important discussion with her bosses over communication and "respect in the workplace.
