VIDEO : Kourtney Kardashian Spills on Her Diet and Exercise Regime That Gave Such Amazing Results

Kourtney Kardashian hasn't been shy about showing off her body on social media lately, and she's definitely been putting in the work to do so?both inside and outside of the gym. In fact, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star sat down with E! News' Maria Menounos and dished on the ''intense'' regimen she's been following over the last few months to tone up and get bikini-body ready. First and foremost, she's hitting the gym more than ever before--four to five times a week, in fact, with a personal trainer. Also, Kourtney and her three kids are on a strict, six-week elimination diet. They've cut out both gluten and dairy. And there's no cheating! Even while celebrating Rob Kardashian's birthday in March, Kourtney and her kids stuck to their plan.
She said while Rob had a giant birthday cake, she brought gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip cookies to the party. Apparently, while Kourtney's children were fine with the alternative, sister Kim Kardashian said, "North would never do that."
