Dwayne Johnson revealed that the 48-year-old actress who starred in the TV drama series as blonde bombshell lifeguard C.J. Parker will indeed make an appearance in the film. However, Pamela's role is still unknown, as the role of C.J. will now be played by supermodel Kelly Rohrbach.
