Kim confessed to Khloe that she wasn't able to breastfeed her son Saint, because her two year old daughter Northwest would break down crying every time she had to share Kim with her little brother. It took quite a while, but North was finally willing to share her mom. But by that time, Kim told Khloe, they already had to bottlefeed Saint.
