Ex-Victoria Secret's model Doutzen Kroes has been confirmed been to play one of the Amazons of Themyscira, in the upcoming Wonder Woman movie. The film's star, Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman/Diana Prince), recently confirmed the rumor in an interview. In addition to Gal Gadot in the lead role of Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, the film will star Chris Pine as Captain Steve Trevor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hipolyta, and Robin Wright as General Antiope. Wonder Woman is slated for a 2017 release date.
