A California man has filed a class action lawsuit against music streaming service Tidal and rapper Kanye West about the exclusivity for West's latest album, The Life of Pablo. At the center of the lawsuit, which was filed at San Francisco's U.S. District Court on Monday, is a complaint that West and Tidal misled consumers by having them believe 'The Life of Pablo' would only be available on Tidal, only for it to show up on other streaming services soon after its original release.
