VIDEO : Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Apologize in Video for Breaking the Law in Australia

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have always felt very strongly about Australian biosecurity laws. It just took a possible 10-year jail sentence to get them to speak out. The couple made a video as a part of Heard?s guilty plea to an Australian court on the charge that she and her husband brought their dogs into the country without following the proper quarantine procedures. The normal procedure to bring a pet to Australia involves filing for a permit and having the animal spend 10 days in quarantine. But when traveling to the country for the filming of the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie, Depp and Heard brought their two Yorkshire terriers in on his private jet.
