Today, the couple finally announced the baby's birth to social media ? the only birth announcement that counts ? and finally revealed their daughter's full name: Luna Simone Stephens. "?She?s here! Very sleepy," Teigen wrote on Instagram. She purposefully chose the embryo because she wanted a girl.
